Strategic, detail-oriented, hands-on
I don't just design interfaces. I build the bridge between business objectives, complex user needs and technical feasibility. I lead the end-to-end UX lifecycle, from user research and journey mapping to design systems and developer hand-off, and I turn ambiguous requirements into clear design strategies for dashboards, complex data and multi-screen workflows.
My strong front-end implementation background means I speak the same language as engineers: less friction at hand-off and a responsive, pixel-perfect result. I hold degrees in Computers (University of Craiova) and Finance-Banking (Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies), a combination that shows in how I approach fintech, analytics and data-heavy products.
